These services of the sub division(s) of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe provides open opportunities to have the abilities to help yourself and /or for the betterment of the tribe.

Community Health Program
To mission of the Public Health is to promote and enhance the health and well-being of all people, tribal and non tribal, within the communities of Towaoc and White Mesa.

Substance Abuse
To promote health, nutrition and support services for the elders of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe of Towaoc and White Mesa Communities. And to assist other Tribal Programs enhancing the quality of life for seniors/elders who are 55 years or older and whom either resides in their own home or family members.

Ute Mountain W.I.C.
The mission of the Ute Mountain WIC Program is to improve the health outcomes of pregnant women, postpartum women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children by providing consistent and high quality WIC services including health/nutrition screening and assessment.

Sleeping Ute Diabetes Prevention Program
To motivate and educate people to lower their risk of type 2 diabetes and to improve the quality of life for Tribal Members with type 2 diabetes. We believe through education, motivation, and support people can learn to make positive lifestyle changes and prevent type 2 diabetes from developing.
